We process your details to organise the tryout, contact you and decide on a place on the team (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR); photos/videos and newsletter only with your consent. Only management and the coaching/sports staff have access; we do not pass your data on to third parties, except to the league if you join the team (player licence). If you do not join the team, we delete your data no later than 12 months after the tryout. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).

Wir verarbeiten deine Angaben, um das Tryout zu organisieren, dich zu kontaktieren und über eine Aufnahme ins Team zu entscheiden (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und b DSGVO); Foto/Video und Newsletter nur mit deiner Einwilligung. Zugriff haben ausschließlich die Geschäftsführung und die sportliche Leitung; eine Weitergabe an Dritte erfolgt nicht, außer an die Liga, wenn du ins Team aufgenommen wirst (Spielerlizenz). Wirst du nicht aufgenommen, löschen wir deine Daten spätestens 12 Monate nach dem Tryout. Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit, Widerspruch und Widerruf deiner Einwilligung sowie auf Beschwerde bei der Datenschutzbehörde (www.dsb.gv.at).
